Advanced Online Ordering Web to Print Software

Our fully featured B2C eStore Web2Print software is where any potential customers can find your online ordering website in the Internet. They can browse your store and order print, promotional products, licensed products, signage, stationery, and many other items. They can then order and pay online by credit card.

Features Include:

The B2C eStore has your company web address and can be branded as your company website or as an add on to your company website. The eStore is configured from a settings area where banners can be uploaded, colours changed, text added and edited, images loaded and much more. You have full control of the eStore settings.

You configure the structure of the eStore with categories, sub categories and products. Categories and products have thumbnnail images and you can add as much information about products as you like.

There are three types of product:

  1. Fixed artwork products have the art file attached to allow PDF proof checking before order confirmation
  2. Products than enable the customer to upload their own art file into the product before placing an order
  3. Editable products are set up so the customer can edit certain fields when editing the product. → More info

Check Out Process

Once the product has been selected, it is added to the cart and the user is asked to login if they have already created an account or asked to create a new account if they are a new customer.
Account details are used by the system for delivery details and potential future email campaigns.

Payment can be made by credit card and we are able to link with a number of well known credit card payment gateways. Once payment is complete the user is presented with an onscreen order confirmation and they also receive an email order confirmation.
They can also view the their orders in the order manager screen within their account login.

The system administrator is emailed a new order notification and can access the order online from the email or from the order manager screen of the system, and if the eStore Web to Print software is linked to the full Print MIS module orders can be progressed to become jobs and managed through production and invoicing in the same way any job in our Print MIS software is managed.
