Enable your customers to track the progress of their web to print orders and easily reorder from past orders.
Once an order has ben placed it is stored in the order manager screen so the customer can review past orders.
They can also monitor the status of the order as it flows through the ePrint MIS system used by you their supplier.
As you change the status of the job so it changes for the customer avoiding them from having to ask how far the order has progressed.
Your customers can also reorder from past orders if they wish enabling them to bypass the product selection process and simpley repeat a past order.
In the reorder process they can make edits to change the quantity or to alter an editable product design if they wish.
