Our estimating, purchasing, and warehouse stock management modules have all been built to suit promotional products and apparel and enable you to work with products sourced from one supplier with decoration added by one or more different suppliers.

Our system is cloud based which means you and your team can work from any location and you don’t need an internal IT network or server. You can login online and quickly create quotes, see the progress of jobs in production, raise purchase orders, review product stock levels, issue delivery dockets, and invoices.

Our product module is very flexible and sits at the core of the system. When creating products in the system you can create them to be sold in preset quantity packs, or on a single quantity (cost for each) basis. Prices can have break points to enable discounts for larger quantities and at all times you can see your cost and sell prices. Products can be imported into the system on mass from Microsoft Excel along with product images.

Our eStore online ordering and Web2Print module enables your customers to order online and their orders to be received directly into your management system. When ordering, your customers can see stock levels online and can select from a range of options to specify the product, colour, size and decoration. As they select the options the customer can see the price change and can see the total cost for the item and understand how the price has been built based on the options selected. When you receive the orders you can progress them to become jobs and manage the production or warehouse pick and pack process before creating invoices to send directly to your customer. By using both our Print MIS Software and eStore modules you can achieve a complete workflow from customer order through to invoice.

If you use one of the common cloud based accounting packages we have online links to Xero, QuickBooks Online, and MYOB, and by linking to one of these system your workflow can be extended into your accounting software, without the need for any manual data entry or file importing.
