Some of our recent newcomers are finishing specialists in Australia and in New Zealand. In addition to these finishing businesses, some clients also add mailing services (selected overprinting included).
While these companies work very closely with printers, they actually don’t do any printing themselves, but like many businesses they require an MIS workflow software to manage the “Estimate –Job -Invoice” process. In New Zealand, Sharp Print Finishers – do just that; they are print finishers and that is it. Similar to Twin Loop, they needed a solution that was flexible enough to add their specific processes and costs to provide customers with accurate and easy quotations. Once the quote is approved it is progressed to become a job and an in-house job ticket is created to advise the team what needs to be accomplished, once the finishing process is completed they invoice from the system and then the invoice data flows into their Xero cloud accounting package as Hexicom are approved partners of Xero.
