Running a signage business is far from a simple process, you need to combine technical knowledge, staff skills, equipment, and substantial business organisation. Now you can get yourself really organised and manage your estimate/quote, job production, and invoicing all from one cloud based sign management software. All your team can work in the same system and you don’t need a business IT network or server.
You can quickly create signage quotes, see the progress of jobs in production, access job tickets, raise purchase orders, delivery dockets, and invoices. Our sign and display quoting module enables you to quote for both roll to roll large format machines, and flatbed machines. You can quote on a linear meter or linear feet basis, or square meter or square foot basis. The system calculates the amount of substrate, ink, and print time used. You can estimate multiple substrates at a time for example a base substrate and a laminate. You can choose to charge for the whole substrate used including the waste area or to charge for just the printed area. Processes such as design, finishing, and installation can be easily costed and you can build standard products for elements of jobs you frequently build, or for complete products to save time in estimating and job creation.
If you need your customers to be ordering online we have a fully integrated Web2Print ecommerce signage module. The online ordering and Web2Print module enables your customers to order online and specify the dimensions of the item, and select options such as substrate, and finishing. As these options are selected the customer can see the price of the item being built in real time so they know what the total cost of the item will be and how it has been impacted by their choices.
When you receive an order from your customer you can progress it to become a job and manage the production process or warehouse pick and pack before creating invoices to send directly to your customer. By using both our Sign Print MIS and Web2Print eStore module you can achieve a complete workflow from customer order through to invoice. If you use one of the common cloud based accounting packages we have online links to Xero, QuickBooks Online, and MYOB, and if you use one of these systems your workflow can be extended into your accounting software, again without the need for any manual data entry or file importing.
