They can submit their prices to you from a web screen removing the need for you to manually enter the information, and you can mark up their prices as you require, or even have default markups automatically added by the system. Successful estimates or quotes are progressed in the system to become a job, and from there you can also create purchase orders for the supplier/vendor, delivery notes and labels, and customer invoices.

For your customers who want to order online we have a fully integrated Web2Print ecommerce module. This means your customers can order online and you receive the order in your Print MIS system ready for you to progress to become a job, send out to your supplier through a purchase order, and then invoice. This complete workflow from customer order through to invoice enables a highly efficient process for you, saving time, removing manual data entry and many possible points of error. We also have online links to common accounting packages such as Xero, QuickBooks Online, and MYOB, and if you use one of these systems your workflow can extend into your accounting software, again without the need for any manual data entry or file importing.
